What is mixing tank design criteria in JCT?
The mixing tank , is a reaction machine in various resin,adhesives, paint,cosmetics, pharmaceutical and other chemical production, and it has a design criteria,as a chemical mixing tank manufacturer, we can learn some criteria as follows:
1.Foshan JCT Machinery Co.,Ltd supply 50L to 30000L , the volume is according to client's requirements.the room temperature is about 300'C, reaction pressure is 0.1-0.6Mpa.
2.We general adopt SU304stainless stain steel, SUS321 stainless steel, SUS316L stainless steel, Q235-B carbon steel.
3.The stirring form are anchor paddle, block, ribbon, turbine type, a dispersing disc, modular like.
4.Heating methods: electric heating,steam heating,heated in water.
5.Heating transfer structure: jacket, outer half-tube, inner coil type.
6.The seal way of JCT machine are mechanical seal and filling seal.
