Dispersion kneader which is one of the mixing machinery product can be customized in factory. It is widely used in high viscosity sealant, silicone rubber, adhesive, BMC, CMC, ink, pigment, dyes, medicine, resin, plastic, rubber, cosmetics and other industries. However, most people doesn’t know about its structure. Now, let me introduce the structure, disperse system and heat/system of dispersion kneader.

Dispersion kneader structure has motor, pace reducer, couplings, transmission structure, electronic control systems as well as vacuum balanced structure.

 

The mixing tank, plasma axis, tank wall and tank head are taking the job of kneading.

Heating method: jacketed heat system, steam oven heating (generally less than 16 degree), and water heating (around 95 degrees).

how to maintain reactor

In industrial field, reactor is the main equipment for making resin, cosmetic, pharmacy  and Nectarine paint etc. Its very important to maintain the machine during the production. 

How to maintain the reactor?

First of all, cool down the reactor bottle and put the leak pipe outside. Make sure the inner pressure reduce to ordinary. 

Second, kindly select the HTF for your out put and put into the container without water. 

Third, after install the reactor, make sure there are no leakage. If you find the leak, use the soap bubbles to locate the leak point.

Forth, Regularly check jacket and lid and other parts , distillation hole, electric rods, pressure gauges, electrical instruments. Repair them on time when you find anything broken.

Fifth, wash the reactor regularly with warm water when you are not using it for a long time.
