What should we notice the dry blenders?

As we all know, the dry blenders is a stirring device,which is widely used in putty paste, lacquer, powder, putty, medicine, food, chemicals, feed, ceramics, refractories and other ie.

It's a basis to ensure the normal operation and maintenance and inspection of the dry blenders for stirring with good quality.let me share something with you in the following.

1.Check whether ribbon balzes and of dry blenders open welding or not.it's important to check blazes are tear or not, the work material surface of dry blenders is smooth? if the materials surface is in a large gap, it can show that  the blade has worn legend.

2.When dry blenders is in the mouth of discharge,it needs to check the material can be completely discharged into the surge bin.when dry blenders is in working condition, you should see the discharge port has leakage of material go into  buffer silo, in addition, periodically clear the rope and other debris on the blade.

3.Pay attention to he oil or other liquid adding system is turned on or not, the flow is normal or not.
