Today, I decide to write something different. I am a SEO marketing person in JCT Machinery. I thought every company will be the same and my life will be even boring by facing all of these machines, chemical reactor, dispersion machine, and adhesive hot melt glue production line etc. I would never, ever know about these "professional words" in my life.  However, by working in this factory, I can see all of these machine are not just machines, they are actually making the stuff in our lives. 

Maybe the machine is not having a good look, but they help to make the decorations in our lives.

Chemical reactor is the main chemical reaction of the typical production.It also called kneader reactor.The reactor consists of body, gears , mixing devices ,heating devices,cooling devices. It can be used as liquid mixing machine and paint mixing machine, rubber mixer. It mainly produces resins, alkyd resins, rubber,cement, silicone sealant,adhesive tape glue, lotion , white latex and PU glue.

Fluidized bed reactor is the main chemical reaction of the typical production .In the road sense is stainless steel containers from physical or chemical .The reactor consists of body, gears , mixing devices ,heating devices , cooling devices. JCT chemical reactor applies to unsaturated resins, alkyd resins, acrylic resins, polyurethane resins and other complete sets of production equipment , and lotion , white latex, PU glue, adhesive sets of production equipment; and waste silica gel pyrolysis, recycling equipment; and paint sets of production equipment; and complete sets of all kinds of fine chemical production equipment.

Design capacity 50-30000L(volume in accordance with the equipment of the design.
Reaction temperature room temperature ~300°C .
Reaction pressure -0.1~0.6Mpa.
Heat transfer medium oil ,steam , hot water ,electricity and heating .
